What should be my main purchase?
It depends on what kind of games you like to play really. The games I enjoyed most from your list would be:
- GTA V
- Mass Effect 2
- Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

Yeah GTAV is one of the most wanted! I've always wanted to try the Mass Effect series also, heard great things! Plus I just finished Tales From the Borderlands the other week and its got me into the series more :3

I think you'd enjoy GTA V the most, it's a very polished game and you can do what you want and play the way you want to. Mass Effect is an amazing game series with a strong narrative, but you really have to start from the first game since the story carries over to the second and third game. Borderlands can be fun, but it has it flaws, I think it's more enjoyable if you have other people to play with.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster - Not sure whether X or XII is my favourite but even if you avoid X-2 like the plague you can still easily rack up hundreds of hours in X alone.
Pillars of Eternity - We might have just recently gotten an expansion to Baldur's Gate but prior to that this was an excellent stand in for the old school Infinity Engine goodness.
Prototype 2 - never really played much of the first one and I wouldn't say this was spectacular but it's at the very least some half decent mindless violence and an easy completion too.
Wolfenstein - The Old Blood - Much preferred The New Order but if you liked one you'll pretty much like the other.

From the list, the one's that I find will give you the most enjoyment and has a long playtime will be GTAV, Akiba's Trip, and Danganronpa

Get Draganropa because it's no1 on your list and Wolfenstein The Old Blood.

- GTA V (£22)
- Clannad (£15) 17% cheaper than the rest of Europe, I envy you Brits!
- Higurashi Ch.1+Ch.2 bundle (£7) and Ch.3 (£5, discounted right now)
- Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2 (£6.90)
- fault - milestone two (£5.50)
- £5.50 remaining, give or take a few pennies.
Of course, this is assuming they would get discounts at least equal to their historical lowest.

The first Nep game is actually a standalone game, as the original was designed with a self-contained story.
It was a success, so they made more games, but they had to start a new story from the second onwards.
TL:DR Nep R;B1 is a standalone, good to familiarize with characters and game mechanics.
Then Nep R;B2>Nep R;B3>Nep R;B4 (or whatever they'll call it)>(I seriously hope they'll make more Nep games!)

Not enough weeb in this thread. Danganronpa is where it's at! I've only played the PSP version, but the PC version should be good as well. Don't listen to those who tell you to watch the anime, the VN actually requires involvement, making it fun! Otherwise, I recommend Akiba's Trip.
