I am sorry, english isn't my main language and i am not sure what do you mean, can you explain it? Version was said Ultimate and it has 19 DLCs. Also i am curious what is difference between Ultimate and Legendary, cause i miss just three DLCs from steam store, is that the difference?

Don't worry, you already answered by saying that it contains 19 DLCs. There are two packages, one that contains 19 DLCs and another one that contains 20 DLCs. I didn't know which one is in this bundle.\
The Legendary edition contains Injustice™ 2 - Darkseid which the Ultimate edition doesn't contain. That's one of the three you're missing.
The other two that you're missing are:
- Injustice™ 2 - Brainiac - it's included in a package that is not sold on the store
- Injustice™ 2 - Infinite Transforms - is not included in a any packages and must be purchased separately.
On the other hand, the Ultimate edition contains 5 DLCs that are not included in the Legendary edition.
