The comma on the 12th line (the one where I said there was a puzzle too) linked to this pastebin where you could find this Binary code:

I clearly hinted that what you got was an itstoohard.com puzzle code. You just had to decode the Base64 code to get PfRykZpe:

Q4 - Purple (of course...it was just the big hint for the last question)
Q5 - Saints Row: The Third

I added alternate answers to the questions in order to avoid format issues.
I unfortunately forgot Base64 is case sensitive: I should have put "YmFzZTY0"("base64" in base64 encoding) as a possible answer to Q3 too.
I'm sorry but I really didn't think about that. Anyway it's just two possible answers, not too much frustrating I guess.
