The SECOND SG karaoke contest. one hour left

A few things to note all singers will be anonymous to prevent favoritism when it comes time to judge the contest after the contest, i will reveal the identity of all I have the permission to reveal.after the contest ends. Recording will be done on their own computers. I suggest audacity ( http://audacityteam.org/ ) for this. the songs will be uploaded to a google drive To verify authorship I ask that the singer to upload a vocal only track. if they want they may also upload a mixed track. Singers may submit as many songs as they like. These are your songs, I will take down any song at any time by the user request , i will also comply with any copyright take down requests if I revive them. all participants will be invited to a steam group which I will make as many giveaways as I can when the contest ends The top three singers (voted on by the SG community) will additionally get to chose one game from the prize pool before any giveaways are made. i welcome anyone that would like to contribute to the prize pool add me on steam and I'll add you to the group/ If you wish you gifts to also be considered for the top three singers let me know I'll be making a thread on the group page for organizing this. First off i want to talk about naming conventions When upload a song I'd like you to name it "song-artist-VOCALS" for the vocal only submission, "song - artist-SONG" if you are uploading the song you sang to be mixed with your vocals. and "song - artist-MIX" For example if you sang "Mad World" by Gary Jules, you would upload "Mad World - Gary Jules - VOCALS" After you upload your file(s) please add me on steam, so I can add you to the giveaway group and make a list of who recorded what song. About anonymity.It has been pointed out that google drive shows who uploaded a file. if anyone has a good work around for this please tell me, untill then I can ask people not to peek, and/or hope you google account name isn't the same as you steamgifts name. Finally for the end up the contest i am aiming for Sept 30th, however this may change depending on circumstances. EDIT still haven't found a better option then google, For the shy people that wish to remain anonymous, feel free to upload you songs to a private location and send me the links, i will upload them concealing who they came from. Also I can create private folders for people to upload to if they cannot access file upload services on their own.
