One nice thing about IndieGala is that it tells me what email address claimed the gift link. Sadly, their bundles tend to suck these days...

I send 5 gift links from past HB Monthly september and two of them were impossible to reddem due to the typical error:
"It looks like this gift key was already redeemed. If you have already purchased the product, please find your key by using our order resender."
So I contacted with HB staff 5 days ago and still have no news...

Looks like it happened to me as well. Had a couple of gift links that show as used even though I'm 100% sure they weren't. I hope the support can fix this.

OP contacted support like you did. Sounds like it will take some time and patience on your end.
Edit: Finally got a real reply back today 9/22 - All of my compromised links were revoked from whoever redeemed them and returned to my library. Seems whoever did it had the foresight to be extra helpful and just redeem them all with the same email address. So for those of you in the same boat, it does take support awhile to get back to you, but when they do, they are very helpful.

I only just started reading this thread, and I did a quick check and found that two of the four gift links that I had already generated were marked as used and I haven't shared them with anyone. Highly unlikely they hacked into my account since my passwords are long randomly generated mix of characters. Sending a support request to HB to have them reset.

Ok I just had an incredibly weird experience with this. The two keys I assumed compromised showed that they were unused (got the normal claim page where you confirm your email) when I went back to reconfirm I could not longer access them. Apparently what made the difference was clicking on the hyperlink from inside Excel 2016 (showed gift link already used) versus copying the link from Excel and manually pasting it into my Chrome address bar (gift link not used). However this didn't happen with two other keys I had in my spreadsheet.
WTF?
(I discovered this before sending my support ticket to HB, so I've held off.)

So I was getting ready to set up some giveaways here, and clicked a HB gift link just to be sure it wasn't used, however to my surprise, it was. I checked a few more, also used. I checked all 100+ of my gift links, even the most recent ones from the latest HBM, and they were all used. I highly doubt my account was hacked (I did change my password to be safe), as no one redeemed any of my unredeemed Steam keys (or turned into gift links to steal that way), the only thing taken were ones I turned into gift links. Is it possible to just get lucky and guess the links? Did this happen to anyone else? I have already written to support, no reply yet, though I'm not sure there's anything they can do anyway.

And no, I won't make gift links anymore unless I'm immediately about to give it to someone.
