Do you believe in karma?
I love animals, specially dogs, but people should lighten up! Although I've read he used some meaner gifs before the ones shown at the moment are pretty harmless and light-hearted.
Anyway anyhow, OP had good intentions.

I pay for 15 Mb, but I receive about 3~~5 Mb during the month.
I just get in touch with some guys who like to claim the consumer's rights to sue the company who provides me Internet.
I call them EVERY WEEK, but the problem always insist.
They'll feel the weight of the lawyer's pen :@

Moreover, I can't play nothing. My ping is always 200+ ms. Sometimes it goes to 70, but most of the time, 200+,

i pay for 20Mb and i receive about 8Mb. Mi ping is about 120-180 ms. I don't have lag playing online, but this ring make me uncompetitive.
In my country we can't claim for this. The sell the service telling you the max badwich you could reach. Example: the sell it saying "up to 20 Mb". They aren't breaching any condition on your contract so is legal.
The other thing i don't like here, is that people that don't have acces to optic fiber pay the same as them but for less bandwich and ping.
Anyway, if you can claim i wish you good luck!!

Here, if a company offers you a service or a product and sell it to you, the company MUST deliver you what they promised.
If the company can't, the options are:
The internet, some years ago, should be, at least, 10% of the speed you bought. Nowadays, it should have (at least it is what I've been told) about 80% of the max speed during the month, and it is unnaceptable to drop below 50%.
My internet is usually at 3 Mb to 5 Mb. :/ (this week it has the top speed of 3 Mb and the average of 1 Mb).
I am now looking for some legal assistance (since my first option failed).
I heard several times that the Brazilian Consumer Rights is one of the most advanced laws (on it's kind, of course) worldwide. Now I think that it is really true, since you're Spanish (if your Steam profile is right), and I always thought that the EU was really advanced in all this stuff and had awesome interentz and stufz.

I don't know other EU countries (there are many differences between then), but in Spain, the big companies (telecomunications and energy) make the laws (Lobbying). Our politicians, once the finish his goberment go to work to these companies, so they won't make laws against these companies

The last week I won two games. I'm a lucky potato and I want to keep it in this way so I feel that I have to give some stuff due to those karma rules
I think the best way to do it is to make my first train. It’s a little one
Give me your love bumping the thread!! The karma says: if you give, you will receive (first picture best example)
I appreciate funny gifs
Here is some karma examples: gif 2 and 3 are connected
Edited: i only want to show karma examples. It's not my intention to offend anyone. My apologies.
