I had the site up 6 hrs before it started. Then refreshed for the last time at 28 min before giveaway started and stuck in waiting room. 14 min after it started all keys gone while i was still stuck in waiting room. Don't think i will try again...but maybe. lol

Even if you have the site open before the giveaway starts you'll still need to refresh to be able to grab the key, the problem is in order to get through the waiting room you need to have a good queue position (which means you'd have to refresh right when the site gets messed up and the waiitng room crap starts), i got hellraiser yesterday cuz i kept refreshing it every once in a while like an hour before, when i tried using my phone it gave me the waiting room crap, good luck to people in the upcoming days.

Today I tried to enter website from 2 mobile phones. First one refreshing with video, second one I refreshed manually. Probably I should keep it to myself but second way was faster. Anyway I wasn’t logged in on that phone and couldn’t tell if it was fast enough to claim the key - actually it took a lot of time too.

This can occur for one of several reasons, including:
1) We ran out of keys before we could assign one to you while you were in the queue.
2) You are in a country or region that is not eligible to receive a key.
3) A key has already been assigned to you.

For now it says "no keys remaining" without stating any date. Official time is in 15mn, I'm just noticing there is no "waiting room" thing for now... I'll see in 15mn :)

that is a kind of an oof despite the fact you were lucky with getting a key. I got Hellraiser on day 1 but would have been fine with any of them, esp after hearing pinhead doesn't have his voicelines due to a bug/licensing issues

It would be way better if you could choose which DLC you want, of course everyone would run for Hellraiser but then at least if that key would run out, you could choose from the rest.
