Mmh just noticed some stuff. The e-mail confirmation says Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag has a pre-order release date of Nov 14 .. but the Russian website mentions a release date of Nov 21.. and the US one says Nov 19. Wondering which date will be the right one in this case.
For Watch Dogs the e-mail says Nov 21 .. 2014 !! And all I can get from any Ubisoft website is a release date of spring 2014 so we'll be waiting a while for this one.

Well so much about honoring the sales.. I received an e-mail this morning and they say they still didn't receive a payment and are cancelling the order, if this is an error to ignore the message and place back a new order (forcing the new 'no error' price).
Complete BS since it was paid with a valid Credit Card, they didn't complete the transaction and just cancel it.

I never got an email or anything about it. I even tried twice. The problem I had was there was no US for billing country. Even though at the end it said that it was a success, no email. Kind of didn't think it would work. disappointing.

Bet you got the screen that "said" it was a success whereas it really said that the payment could not go any further. A lot of people are saying they haven't got an email and are complaining because they got the success of payment screen.
This was a "fake" (incorrect) issue as a lot of people rely on the google translating service which translated it wrong. So if you didn't receive any email or didn't get funds off your card, then you will not be getting the two games.

Well I don't know what to think anymore.. I did receive an e-mail saying the order was cancelled because they did not receive a payment.. even though they did charge the credit card for it. Their website is showing "Order Status : Order Cancelled". BUT .. Ubisoft Support answered me and told me the order was processed normally and I should get the games when they are finally released. Now I can only wait and see I guess.. :(

I received an invoice email at the time that I placed the order, and had a hold appear on my card for the correct amount. Since then, the hold appears to have been removed (they usually last a couple of weeks unless charged or removed), and my order hasn't been updated.
It's still sitting at "Order Submitted", and I haven't received any email from Ubi since.

My order went through on the day of the glitch, but got an email today saying that the order has been cancelled. Oh well...

That polish website is one of the major news-sites in Poland, so they might talk with some PR-people about it. And polish version was for $15, not $1.5, so they could do simple math - "we keep that $15 or we give it back and get nothing, as most (all?) of those people wouldn't buy it for over 3 times more".
I know I wouldn't.
Hell, I was more then ready to buy AC4, but lack of paypal (had to borrow few $ anyway to get W_D) reminded me I always stopped playing AC games at best around a middle as I was bored with them...

Well, that website is Polish, so maybe it's only valid to Polish people (and maybe that representative said goodbye to his job in the process, who knows). My order still looks fine, it says "your order had been delivered", no email about cancelling too.
But I wouldn't really brag if they cancelled it for me, I recently became less and less interested in these two games, and they were not that ridiculously cheap (~15$ each for me). More money for humbles, more fun.
EDIT: I've searched Polish forums, by now the only people who got their orders cancelled were those trying to pay in different currency than default. So it seems more like standard ubi's anti-cheat system for me.

Haha I know. One of the big electronic retailers (Future Shop) here was accepting ANY game as a trade in for a copy of COD:G/AC4/BF4.
It was insane in the store but best deal ever!

Got an e-mail back from them, saying they cancelled the order on my request.... They just looking for any reason to get out of the order.

I was one of the "lucky" ones and was able to order AC IV for 49 rub. Unfortunately, like some people above, I received an email from Ubisoft saying they haven't received my payment and are cancelling the order. I paid with Webmoney and the refund hasn't been issued. Did anyone else who paid with Webmoney having a similar problem?

I just received an e-mail from Ubisoft support telling me "Thank you for placing an order for Ubisoft. Previously item you have ordered is out of stock." WTF how can a Digital Download be out of Stock !!
I went to the Order Details on the Ubisoft Online Store (RU) and there it was .. my Uplay Serial Number :O
It worked.. installing now.. :P
