Great puzzle, thank you! The first part was harder, but only because I never paid attention to the "permalink" format before... But hint #3 made it a lot easier.

Well, glad that you liked it. I always hope that my puzzles turn out to be more fun that frustration, because I lost many hours to eventually give up on other users' puzzles, and that always felt really bad.
Still, I noticed that many people seem to have a problem with the permalink format, so that's why I decided to write some hints.
Although I believe that hint #1, being permalink itself still evaded most people xD
That's why I called it "3 hints in 1" :p

Well, for me who has a long history of puzzle solving here, it wasn't too difficult. The go/comment link for example, a great SG classic :)
