Mine was Tyranny, which sounded interesting, but a lot of bad games sounded interesting so who knows? :) And since it was a pre-order from from WinGameStore I couldn't even add it to my account yet... :(

You know, I didn't even see that. So I guess this is one of their rare games with an actual male character somewhere on the screen? I tend to assume everyone in Sakura land is female, but I got burnt out on actually playing this stuff so maybe they are all like that now? Oh well. :)

I think Freebie was one you could get from gleam.io at one point, and it was definitely in the dailyindiegame bundle site, if you ever buy those. Monsti was in a recent Indie Gala bundle, and practically free in the dailyindiegame store - assuming you can find enough cheap bundle games to justify adding money to your dailyindiegame account... :)

Wings of Prey, a friend gifted it to me like four hours ago. Turns out the crummy DRM on it has been disabled as of ages ago, so would've bought that myself had I known about it. Lost so many hours in the demo for it back when I first started constantly using Steam :D
Just sucks they left it enabled on the now forever-busted DLC >.<

Oh, speaking of Indie Gala, it's interesting how they appear to have given up on finding "good" games, and just look for never bundled, never discounted junk now. :) It's like they figured out all of us crazy collector people are only buying them for the +1, and will never install them. :) I didn't think there were that many of us around, but it's hard to think of any other explanation... :)
Aha, every time I check my wishlist I'm hoping for a surprise 75% or 90% discount, but I think those days are gone forever... :( Even in the last big sale I don't think I saw anything higher than 50%... :( Oh well. :)

I remember that we talked, when DS3 was close to its release. You still had to complete DS2, but you said that it was boring.
I had the same issues with DS2 and could just not finish it. A new character helped though ,and I could complete it 1-2 months later :P

The very first that I saw of this game, Killing Room, was on Steam activity where yesterday one of my Steam buddies bought this. This game really managed to stay under the radar for me. :-)

I think we're all pretty much invisible on here, unless you're one of those "hey, join my group because I give away a bunch of games I got for free from developers!" people, or just naturally draw attention without even trying I suppose. :) I think there's a tiny fraction of people who get remembered, the rest of us are just background noise, so to speak...
Sometimes I check the forum topics and don't recognise a single name on the page. And I'll look and see some of those people have been here for years, doing all sorts of stuff, and I never even noticed. :(
