i did some reseach during the last days about our problem. This thread in the forum pretty much says it all. The game is region locked to the region of its purchaser. HB support told me that informations about region locks are listed in the full systems requirements. These requirements are like hidden on the bottem of the page. i didn´t know that and i would have never taken a look at them for 10 year old games beacuase i thought they are about hardware perfomance. That´s what the name indicates for me. But the most annoying things is that HB shows you a pop-up warning about restrictions when you generate a gift link but the do nothing when you just get a key. So their system is really bad regarding this issue. But that´s no problem. I´m leaving today for a short trip, will be back on sunday to get you a global key. If seen global keys for the game on sites like G2A, kinguin and so on. Never been in touch with them so far i´ve only used steam, HB and retail market. If you have experience with them let me know.
