I think there is no problem buying games from other country, I heard you just need to change your billing adress. But if I were you I would contact steam support just to be sure :)

I use a us cc & billing address. When I travel for work, as long as I'm signed it, it shows us prices.
Before I had to use a link to the us store and then only the first 1-2 links afterward would get me a us price [though for some reason a few weeks ago, I don't need to trick it anymore]
Another thing, if using the steam client, it shows me prices for whatever region I'm currently in based off my IP so I never use it and only go on my comp browser instead .

Awesome. Do you use mouse and keyboard when you play this? I heard it's much easier to play it using an arcade stick/control pad
