Oldschool gamers and Minecraft players might recognize the standard galactic alphabet :) The tag on the picture was a hint to it to solve it easily.

I figured I was missing something. I solved the cipher completely by hand. It seemed a bit hard for a casual puzzle, but I was a bit drunk so I figured that was why it took me so long.

haha... yeah. But I wasn't aware that I created a puzzle in a puzzle as well. Quotation marks hid most of the hint message (just "Hint:" is shown).
Since people already managed to solve it I'll just let it be like it is so it's fair for those who already got through the trouble. :)

Well shame on me. I never heard of standard galactic alphabet. I just took the hint "The game got its own website" and notice the first sentence has a similar pattern ;)

I had decoded some of it by hand and then read your comment about the sentence being on the website. After combing through every single gif on the blog, I realized that the front page might not be the worst place to look :D.

I just played it once but it's not really my kind of game.
I got to know that alphabet by playing Minecraft 'cause it was used for the enchantments' descriptions as well.

I made it this far because I thought that a colon (:) is a letter but apparently 2 colons (::) are 1 letter ^^
