I'm the winner of this giveaway, and since you stated in the description that you would like to have your winner mark this received as soon as possible and the fact that you added me straight away and posted a message on my profile, yet you have not sent the gift yet and have not replied to my messages despite being online several times at least here, I'm assuming maybe the changes Valve made to the gifting system doesn't let you send the gift maybe?

Well this is strange, I haven't noticed any messages from you at all! And indeed you are not showing on my friends list on Steam, so I can't select you as a recipient for the gift. I apologise if this is a dumb question, but did you accept my friend request? I just checked my friends list and it shows you under 'Invitations Sent'.
Ok, I see that I appear on your friends list, but you don't show on mine... I am quite confused. I'm Googling to try to find a fix. I'm sorry for the hassle!
