There is a typo in the very first word in the short description and the long one is essentially a copy-paste from Gnomes Garden, but with elves.
Yet I cannot resist these time managers, even if I have burnt myself pretty badly with the obviously cash-in low-grade hackjob ones like Happy Empire.
