Response time for request new winner normally varies between less than an hour and a few days. Depends on how busy support is. For you there's nothing to worry about. Just wait till you get an answer from support.

So In One of my GA, The Winner Commented that they already have the game. so told me to re-roll(request a new winner), I did what he suggested but it took me straight to make a support ticket. I am kinda worried, If It doesn't let me re-roll, then I might get banned or something.
