I would suggest, that the option should always be available. In my old case, that I've mentioned below, the request was in the following circumstances:
For 2 weeks I've been working on preparing an elaborate train event, and only a few days ago I've realized, that I can't launch it, because I have not earned the right to create enough GAs.

I currently can create up to 21 GAs, and I would need 35 or 44 GAs to get it running (26 GAs in CSPIJS main event + 5 GAs in SFTD potato train + 4 GAs for SSTT to advertise it to selected groups + 9 extra spots, if multiple game GAs count as more than 1 allowed GA).

Under normal circumstances, the correct category is preferred, as some staff can only complete the requests via that ticket type.

I sent in a request for more slots through the "Other" category as well 6 days ago. Glad to see that I'm not the only one confused. (no response yet)
EDIT: Gaffi hooked me up with more slots :)

Yeah, I had heard that you could ask for more slots so I requested some more under the "other" option for the support ticket as I really had no other category to put it under. Eventually, I was told the option ONLY shows up when you have run out of giveaway slots due to giveaway deletions.

I made a ticket before this but was told I needed to use the Increase Giveaway Limit category, but I can't find it under the Category list in the Support Tickets. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
