This was an old request to unsuspend ticket that you put in that was left open in the queue well past your suspension being over. In your ticket you asked a question with details that are not in the screenshot and instead of just closing the ticket and not responding, Noxco gave a reply with the information and then closed the ticket. If there's an issue still you can reopen or submit a new ticket.

I got some (irrelevant for a good while, they were essentially solved) tickets closed recently, the oldest one being from 2022. They were for adding some games for the reduced/no CV list. While I'm a bit unsure if some decision made these finally be closed, or they were forgotten, but I certainly forgot about them :P I hope the staff will be able to catch up with them eventually.

Tbh it shows that despite having an open ticket, the actual request was already done. I'd bet there's a highly.inflated number of personal reports, it seems 5 people can report one, the staff suspends them, and the 4 remaining tickets linger between worlds for months, years. Meanwhile the person already got their suspension.

Yes, the fresh promoted senior moderators are active since around a week with the new ticket categories that they can now handle. Which means, mostly, user reports, unsuspend requests and in a small amount add game tickets.
They handled a lot in this short time and i strongly assume that new tickets gets now faster handled as the ones from 1 year ago.
At least till the new senior mods are burned out (which doesn't should take very long, so low amount of support the owner and only admin give them for all the work...).
Ps.: I have a harassment report ticket open for over 4 years..... so be happy with only 11 months.

Either you're volunteering or you're not. Without pointing fingers at anyone specifically, it seems there are some who pretty much volunteer to have a badge. Of course it doesn't help that mods don't have the tools to solve some of those tickets effectively so no surprise there.

In regards to "User report" tickets, we can't respond to those. As it mentions in the ticket "Due to the high number of user reports, comments are disabled. Reports will be closed by a staff member once they're reviewed, and action taken if deemed necessary."
The reality is sometimes support members just forget to close those tickets. That's not to say that we don't look at the tickets, take action on accounts etc.
Another example is "Add Game To List" tickets. Sometimes the game is added, but the support member forgets to close it.
