Well, he may have several giveaways running and might made a mistake. If you won't be able to reach him and receive penny arcade 4 in 7 days, mark as not received. No other options.

If it's the same game but just with more DLC's you're lucky, said package probably just wasn't included on the giveaway list and now you got a bonus on your win as listed game was still delivered. If you got another game then you should try talking to him/her and otherwise just mark the not received after a week

I think it's best to contact him and resolve that mistake, because Perimeter 2 may have been for some other giveaway, and eventually he or the other winner (when receiving Penny Arcade because of the mistake) may blame you for activating it and reports you.

when I want to ask him/her, he/she offline
