I was level 3 and now i'm level 2, is there any reason for that?

more games were added to the bundle category, I think, that's the reason.. I think..

Price changes on games you gave away in the past will still be reflected on your SG account.

This contribution is weird sometimes I saw a guy who gave away 3 Christmas Soundtrack DLCs from Payday 2 which you get for just few cents, and each gives $1 CV, he got level 1, then other ppl who gave away lots of decent bundle games and don't even got level 1.

But in your case I think is because games were added to bundle or games decreased in price on Steam itself.

That must have happen in SG V1, since in SG V2 you can give anything, the lowest value item, and you will be Level 1.
