HIS - Special Pack (60P) added to bundle list, probably that.

This contribution is weird sometimes I saw a guy who gave away 3 Christmas Soundtrack DLCs from Payday 2 which you get for just few cents, and each gives $1 CV, he got level 1, then other ppl who gave away lots of decent bundle games and don't even got level 1.

But in your case I think is because games were added to bundle or games decreased in price on Steam itself.
