Hi all, since HAWKEN came out I'm really interested in getting card drops, badges and so on, so I'm considering spending money in the game (wich is awesome), so I can earn cards but...how do Booster Pack works?
I had TF2 before the f2p update, so I got 5 card drops, and then I became eligible for TF2 booster packs, but how it works for other f2p games? How much sould I spend before being eligible?
Anyone got any experience with this? Thanks!

Every 10 dollars spent you should get a card if I remember correctly.

In dota 2 for example (approximately $9.00 USD per card drop) so you need to spend 9 $ for one card drop which is insane better buy cards from market.

For every 9 bucks spent for game you'll receive one available card drop; After you farm first card (~30 mins from gaining availability) you'll be eligible for booster packs; at least that is how tf2 and dota work

Thanks a lot, seemed a little too easy (because you basically only get one card and infinite booster packs possibilities), but it's better this way :D

I don't think there is such a thing as a booster pack pool. I'm almost sure they are just generated on the spot if someone has it to drop for them.

I had Loadout before F2P launch, got like however many cards, so like TF2 in your case.
