If you go to the site with IP Russia, the prices will be in rubles
instead of $1 will be the price of 59 rubles (=$0.78)
instead of $1.50 will be the price of 89 rubles (=$1.18)

Looking through the games forum on steam it appears that the dev is hella shady.
After getting the game through green light they then released a different game entirely then after all the negative feedback changed it back to the original game but there's nothing to actually download and it's been in that state for months.

yes, indeed, the developer has re-uploaded the game multiple times, but current situation seems to be temporary. Cubic Bundle has contacted the dev directly to sort this out soon.

The posts I saw seemed to indicate its been that way since at least November. The game only came out in August. The time it did work for, it was a different game. Bundle keys didn't go out till the start of this year. The dev hasn't done a single thing right since release. If it was going to be fixed it would have already happened.

MP kills games? I'm not a big fan of MP, but not because I don't like it -- it simply takes more time to get a game going with other players. There are a lot of really good MP games out there -- Portal 2, L4D and L4D2, Path of Exile, Terraria, etc come quickly to mind.
IMHO it's not the game that makes MP bad so much as the players. Granted, there are definitely games that do MP poorly, too. :P

Ah, are you talking about PvP multi-player games? In that case I'd say I also don't like most of them, but not always because of the game -- more because of the toxic communities and players that accompany them.
I remember first starting Team Fortress 2 years ago and getting kicked from a good number of games because I was "new" to the game, and not because I was "bad". I played Battlefield 3 for almost a year (and was damned good at it -- my profile), but the other people playing it -- the cheaters, hackers, and, well ... dickheads, kind of turned me off to it after a while. That's really the last competitive MP game I've played (unless you count ARK: Survival Evolved, but I played on a Twitch sub-server and we were all friends).
There are a lot of good non-PvP multi-player games out there, though, and you might be missing out by not playing them with friends. There are tons of great people here to game with, too ;)

Lol, you're talking to a guy who maybe says two dozen words to people all week (outside the internet), and that's usually limited to "please" and "thank you." I know what it's like to be shy around people. The internet is a great way to get over being shy, though -- at least in some aspects. Grab a headset and play some games. :)
I highly recommend Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2, Borderlands 1/2 and Terraria (just to name a couple) as fun games to play with friends. Feel free to hit me up if you ever want to play, too. I don't play nearly enough MP games since I stopped playing MMOs.
