I used it before. Bought a five key thing (got some shit games). I decided not to keep it, but the people I gave them too didn't have any problem. It seems legit to me, but the site ain't great. It has some deals (that aren't even really good), plus this lottery thing (which is nice if you are lucky, there are some cool games, but most are shit). I also tried 20 times or something (I was bored) and didn't get anything. I wouldn't waste your time there if I were you (except if they have a great deal for a game you want)

Use your chances during the day and do not use it at once. Becaue it is possible that when you are trying to get a key, the system doesn’t drop any key on that time of the day. So you should try later.

As a personal side note:
I was curious and checked couple of profiles of the winners listed publicly on the website, my random picks showed mostly new accounts and their inventory consisted of only couple of previously bundled games or games that were given away for free on a large scale at some point. How will you use this information, I leave up to your consideration.

dosn´t work for me, the other day they do a massive giveaway of Dead Bits , and the page just put an error.

I kept on receiving a string of random code when trying to sign up. I received it so many times that I don't even have any refreshes left. What a joke of a site that is. No doubt the

If they have 60 in a 24 hour period, meaning 1 key every 12 minutes for thousands or even more users, then the chances are lower than a level 0 public giveaway of Fallout 4 here.

ugh i tried to make account with steam, well signing in with steam... and as usual it leads to openid page and well when you go back to their site it asks you to login again, or register... or whatever, i tried like 2-3 times and gave up :D

That's kinda stupid, you can't know what part of the day the keys drop. I don't think it's even worth bothering with unless you really have nothing better to do.
Any idea what kind of games drop anyway? I would assume they'll only give trash games that nobody wants to play anyway, highly unlikely that they will drop good games.
