Because UPlay doesn't have Bad Rats and there have been rumors that EA has bought Invent4 Entertainment and are planning to make Bad Rats 2 an Origin exclusive. Can't blame him/her/it.

Bad Rats takes gaming and its community to a whole new level, it's more revolutionary than Pong, Doom, Wolfenstein, Starcraft, Final Fantasy, Half-Life...Mario, Pong etc.
Assassin's Creed: Unity, well, isn't even made in Unity...
