Tomorrow Today is my birthday and I want to give away 18 games for celebrating it, but I don't know what to do. In one side I can do an open train, on the other side I made a very hard puzzle that is possible nobody can solve without clues... Can you help me?

Thank you for your help!

I, personally, prefer tables because I am very picky and I know what to expect from the very beginning and only enter these giveaway I am really interested in. Sometimes I go through the whole train and enter nothing in 100 carts. I don't understand what is so cool in such a long trains but maybe the longer train the less entries there are in the last carts and that's why people are so eager to do click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click :P

Well, sometimes the trains include special topics in their GA descriptions, e.g. music, questions, a story. Then it would be bad to miss some parts. And if you're using SGTools, you would have to protect all GA links instead of only the first one.
In all other cases I agree with you.

You should protect all GA links even if you are doing trains though if you are worried people would leak the later carts...
If you mean you have to create an SGTools check for each GA, you could put the table in the first "cart" :P

Okay, I probably didn't describe it well enough. For a train one could add all GA links to SGTools at once. But yeah, your suggestion for the table would also work.

I remember a Christmas event from last year (it was an Advent Calendar thingy - everyday new giveaway) that I've checked only for the giveaways' descriptions :) Yup, trains that are more than just giveaways linked to each other are awesome, laurens always had great creative trains I really liked :D

Some people also have a unique slant to their trains. For example, Laurens87 always seems to make different graphics for how to get to the next giveaway, that sort of thing.

Personally, I don't mind trains, but I can see how they wouldn't be everyones cup of tea.:)

Tables or links as said. I hate trains now because most aren't (yes) worth my time and probably not worth most others' time, but I generally just avoid them unless there seem to be a few games interesting from the beginning that make it worth going to the end or the train for.

If the games are good enough (not from $1-2 bundles) then go with puzzle. Do not listen lazy dudes. Puzzles are cool! But whatever you choose, please use SGTools.

Yes, most games are good, if I add cheap games it would be for users with lower levels

Yes, I think that the table is a very good idea

I would suggest writing a short story and then doing a little tricky test on text comprehension (not too tricky) just to avoid lazy people!
Bumpity and update me when you decide what to do!

Good idea, but English is not my first language and making a text comprehension filter will be difficult for me too! :P

You could solicit help from a native speaker and then make a table on the first giveaway, best of both worlds! Add me if you want my help for something like that. You can make what you would like to say in Spanish and I can try to rewrite it in English if you want. I'm about to head out but will be back later tonight.

FInd something you're good at, look for someone on SG who's good at it too (and its anglophone) and together work on an anti lazy filter!
(I don't suggest you making a jigidi because it would be too usual and I think you are lloking for something more extravagant and clever)

P.S. I also don't like Jigidiis because they'r for lazy puzzle makers!

Another thing you could do is building a train that seems to be a simple linear one, but is full of hidden links and tricks!
(sorry for the multiple comments)

Well, the day has arrived, today is my birthday and the survey says that you prefer the open train. While I was making the wagons I have not marked some of them as private and I can not protect them with sgtools, so I leave them here while I finish creating the train (finally I will have 13 wagons instead of 18)
