imo it's not worth supports trouble, it doesn't really say anything bad about you anyways, just says stuff that makes him/her look bad. but if it really bothers you enough you can requst feedback change thru support ticket.. it may take 5-6months to get too, but they would probably approve the removal in your case.

Consider this: as long as your feedbacks are few, people will actually read them and realize that one is not really a feedback. Once you have many, one more or one less won't matter anymore. Got your peace of mind? :)

I've got two myself (apparently I'm a fast, reliable trader despite never trading?)
but I figure support (and CG) have better things to do than fuss over something that is meaningless since I don't trade. :X
I wouldn't sweat it much, since it can take months to get it removed.
