In this case, mostly, yeah.... Sometimes there is good sticky posts but most of the times is just like you said. Two days ago a post of mine in the Terraria discussion's section was bumped from TWO YEARS AGO with the "i got the sameproblem". TWO YEARS AGO. Unresolved 7777 server issue that kept me from playing, by the way xD

Btw seriously, have you tried Steam-multiplayer, or you want to play with someone with pirated / DRM-free copy? Pre-steamwors (1.3) Terraria used pot 7777 by default - steam multiplayer maybe won't create problems.

Cross your heart and all assorted clichés? Because a community-only suspension for a month would be very much in line with the usual punishment for begging and developer harassment. Flaming results in forum-specific permabans, trade scamming (if it ever gets through Steam moderation) in trade suspension, cheating in a VAC ban. There aren't many violations that result in this repercussion.

Spamming, invite spamming. a steam group moderator mass deleting stuff, spreading inappropriate pictures, porn on your profile. There are plenty of things that cause a community ban. Hell, there was even a case a while back where someone got a community ban for being a dick in DOTA2.

Hello, so I got community banned for 4 weeks just for asking a moderator to unban me from Steam Community Discussions, did you get banned like that too?
