Nowadays I only drink milk I have heartburn as it fixes that instantly, but when I was younger I drank milk all the time. Don't know the English name for it, but the one I like is "half-fat" (others are low-fat and full-fat :-P)

I tried 1% from only drinking 2% all my life, and they were not the same. It tasted a little different. and the texture was more watery.

In Russia (and all post-Soviet countries I guess) we actually have a candy which is literally called "bird's milk" - ptichye moloko. Which is not an actual bird's milk, just some kind of meringue or souffle glazed in chocolate. But it would be like 100% cooler if it was actual bird's milk :D
