With every steam sale comes a big fat question "which game should I buy?" And to answer that question parameters like time/money ratio, likability, has cards?, has co-op, do my friends have it?, is it worth it?, does that overwhelmingly positive reviews part make sense?, will my system be able to run it? in low or med, is it worth playing in low/med and others need to be balanced?

So with that in mind I have a list of games which should I buy or not?

Transistor (own it on iOS, can't play as iPad is gone)
Bastion
Silent Age (Completed on iOS, didn't take the iAP)
The Wolf Among Us (partially completed on Android, didn't buy the iAP)
Brutal Legend (Used to love Metal, kinda less now)
Dreamfall Chapters (Haven't tried the other games but looks interesting)
Fairy Bloom Freesia
Saints Row IV: Game of Century

and a few more, but for now this is my list.

I have INR 200 ~ 250 to spend and I enjoy Anime, VNs, RPGs (non turn based)

My Laptop Specs,

Core i3 380M 2.53GHz,
6GB RAM, 256 GB SSD,
Intel HD Graphics.

Might get a new laptop in Jan/Feb with 3rd Gen i5 and GT 620M graphics.

So for now, could you guys suggest me some games?

Next question,

After selling of most cards, I finally decided to craft my lvl 1 Steam Awards Badge. With that I received a wallpaper and an emoticon. Now I don't like the Whoa, Dude, wallpaper I got, and want to trade it with something like I Thought This Game Was Cool Before It Won An Award profile background.

What would be a good place to trade it? I kinda only find cards everywhere, no wallpapers.

Probably won't be running Saints Row 4 too well... Maybe runs with all of the graphics settings turned to minimum?

You can sell cards/emoticons/wallpapers on the Steam market and buy the backgrounds you like from here:

I'd love to sell and buy a new one, the only problem being steam getting its cut when I buy or sell stuff. Wouldn't it be much better if I just traded it with a person who wanted to sell it, and later he can sell the one he traded. The prices are very similar anyways.

I think Steam Trade Matcher lets you trade profile backgrounds. You can try that for something quick and easy. Not sure if someone will trade it, though.

edit: it might only work for duplicates because that's how it works for cards. So, I don't know if it would help at all.

Well, of course Steam gets a cut, but I'd rather get wallet funds than wait for someone to trade with, personally.

This is an aside, but you could likely open up a Barter.vg account (or Steamtrades) and just search for Silent Age and Fairy Bloom Freesia, since both were bundled. Silent Age was even free. You could get them very cheaply.
