Help with support ticket

Hey guys, a few days ago I did a giveaway and forgot to mark it as region locked. I couldn't gift it to the winner so I sent a ticket asking to delete the giveaway. The mod said I needed the winner's permission, which I now have. However, I can't create a new ticket, since the other one is still open. But how do I reply to the mod with the screenshots?

You can't reply to the ticket? Then I suppose close it and make a new ticket.

Oh, from notifications? Yeah, you can't respond from there (unless you use the ESGST userscript). ^^

Alternatively, you can click the Support tab in the top left. ~.^

Also, you don't actually need screenshots if the user posts a comment in the giveaway itself; you can just link to that comment, then.
