The thing is I didnt know this Salz guy although he blacklisted me long time ago because I left his group (because he was an ass to me, by the way, but thats another story) and those two threads from this guy give me a lot of insight about the character. Did you by any chance archive any of those threads in the group's Steam forum? They're no longer accessible - looks like a hasty clean-up job.
The screenies refer to the previous incidents of extorting keys from indie devs - the SG thread you're linking to has already covered that. The guy either has already served his sentence based on those, or this evidence has been considered insufficient by the SG mods. If you have any screenshots or archives proving Slaz's violation of SG rules in the last few days or weeks - please post those, this might be enough to get him suspended. Otherwise, the guy is maybe being an ar-ehole, but he's doing nothing illegal.
Link spamming is against Steam's rules - so you could report the group for doing that, maybe something will come out of it. If you have evidence of encouraging review brigading (I'm referring to this: 'I had to invite all my friends, follow their curator, like their reviews') - please report those to Valve as well.

What Valve has done regarding Salz reviewing process was they "banned" (which means they won't ever show up on a game's store page) all his negative reviews. Since then either Valve or Salz himself removed all negative and many positive reviews from the account itself. Should tell ya something. Mostly it's just German reviews now when it used to be 90%+ English reviews.

- You weren't added because (I think) you were blocked by Salz for doing something that he probably didn't like (All I could find is you raging on him that you didn't get accepted as a curtator on Original Curtator Group because of (probably) bad English.).
On top of that you spammed random groups that Original Network and Salz suck while you didn't even read rules of those groups. (I know this because I'm an moderator/admin on multiple other groups, I even told you to stop it but you continued so you got banned from those too.)
On "so much work just for a bad game":

Also if you don't like the game don't enter the giveaway.

While I don't want to defend Salz, he indeed bought a lot of bundles. Lots of his giveaways follow the pattern of ongoing bundles from that time Considering during happy hour 1 indiegala bundle is about 1$, from 50$ he could get 50 copies each of the 10-12 games.
Besides this, I'm not exactly sure how to feel about his weird ways - the first batch of info about his ways seemed quite legit, and the way he acts since then calling everyone trolls, refusing to accept the facts that were presented in a quite solid way... I'm wondering how could one manage groups with that headstrong attitude. Oh, and the " I've built such a huge network, while the left admins have measly 2k people groups" is ridiculous. They are and were actively encouraging and telling the members to spam invites to everyone...
TLDR I don't know and I'm not even sure I care about how much is true from the whole stuff, I have enough first-hand info about him to don't like him.

Salz doesn't really "manage" the group and never has. All he does is dev correspondence -- the rest of group responsibilities and most of the actual work is put on the shoulders of whoever he's convinced to staff the group at the time, working for measly free games.
And about bundles: Salz does buy bundles, but not to give away. He buys them for himself or asks someone in his staff to do it for him. I used to facilitate many of his purchases to avoid VAT taxes or that initiated in USD so there was no PayPal conversion fee.

So I got banned from the Original network by SalzStange, and here is why...
So, I got invited to their groups by himself some months ago, then I kept getting announcements with the same giveaways, like spamming.
And in this months, random moderators/administrators of the group added me to give me a key ( like if I commented in 30 giveaways, I would only win 1 or 2...) but that wasn't only it, I had to invite all my friends, follow their curator, like their reviews and confirm on the post that I got the key. Why so much work just for a bad game?
Then, a few days ago I posted a comment on their main group about a giveaway that I won but i didn't receive the key.
Then i got banned from all his groups, and he also called me out on his profile about stuff like i'm retard, i didn't even say anything to him.
So, I reported him and also posted some stuff on different steam groups about his threats.
He also blackmailed a lot of game developers, just to get free keys.
He pretends that he paid 7K euros in his giveaways. ITS A LIE!!!!!! He didn't spend a single cent.
