Hi,i recently dropped and cracked my gameboy advanced sp screen, I was wondering if there was any way to replace then screen as I've had a lot of memories on it, or if it would be better for me to just buy a new gameboy. Thanks

buy a psp (old one) and put some cfw on it, play and gba, gbc, snes, n64, pc engine, genesis, ps1 game out there, also you can run unbuntu. and use it as a second monitor for your computer, and play videos, if you got a ps3 you can stream media server content to it via remoteplay (across the internet if you wish) and loads of other stuff

But that doesn't do anything for the existing cartridges and saves he has.

you can relatively easily pull the data from gba carts but yeah i see what your saying. still think its the best option since gbas are almost as expensive.

I'd go look around some local pawn shops. I see GBA SPs for around $10 in the ones near me.
