Jokes aside, looks like we have a solution (here, here, and here), it's most likely a Chinese key, stolen by an ungrateful ninja (or duped from the start).
If someone from China could make a screenshot of the activation popup, it should say something like "duplicated key", instead of "not available".
Don't forget to send a recovery e-mail to scare the ninja (and hopefully, force them to learn gratitude) :3
