Okay. Just for extra clarification, if I buy a game today at full price and give it away here... and next month that game happens to be in a Humble Bundle, does that game go from Full Value to Reduced Value retroactively?

Retroactive only takes effect, if support adds a bundle (or very high discount) days (seldom months) later, because they missed it or were busy at the time.

Your question is already answered by the same point in FAQ. That will happen only if you were unlucky enough to actually buy the game full-price while some kind of bundle was going on
