Witcher 2 has the BEST choice system of ANY game.
Mass Effect and Dragon Age have nothing on it. Bioware can make great games, but when it comes to moral choices they only see in black and white. Either your character is a saint, or it's a bloodthirsty demon. Not really a lot in between.
Witcher 2 has realistic choices with realistic outcomes. Every choice you make will mostly have both positive and negative effects on the story, and it's up to you to decide what's the lesser evil in your personal opinion.
That's the reason why every choice in Witcher is usually really hard to take, while in Mass Effect the choice basically ends up between being pure good or pure evil.
In the end: If moral choices in most games tend to be black or white, in Witcher 2 they're all different shades of gray. I can't recommend this game enough.

The Witcher 2 is pretty good so far, a bit slow paced, but totally worth it.

i still dont like the last 20 mins of the game. yes the gameplay is excelent but the lack of a final boss and the way that your choices make almost no impact in the ending of the game make the last 20 mins horrible in retrospective way.
is it good? yes.
is it great? yes.
is it a masterpiece like 1 and 2? NO!

Skyrim, to an extent. Not as much as other games, since you can pretty much join nearly every faction (thieves, dark brotherhood, etc) and still not be hated by anyone. There are a handful of things, like choosing Imperial or Stormcloak and taking over Skyrim for said side of the war, and things like that... but yeah. Its "radiant AI" hasn't made many people hostile to me no matter who I've joined (with the exclusion of the war thing; the Stormcloaks hate my guts, and the dark elves think I'm awesome for helping the Imperials lol).

Kingdoms of Amalur. Such an underrated game, this is the best RPG of the year in my eyes, since I hate Mass Effect 3...

I want Amalur so bad, but here in Spain goes for 50 €, too expensive for a game

Hi, I'm looking for some games where you take serious (or not so serious) decisions, or make some choices, changing the story of the game. It doesn't have to be on Steam/PC. Any suggestions?
Already played Alpha Protocol and Heavy Rain.
Thanks :)
