Well, if it was only yesterday than you will have to wait since he has seven days to mark it as received and activate it. Sometimes people are on travel where they can access SteamGifts or their Steam Profiles but can not activate the games since they have no access to the Steam Client. Just be patient.

It ended 1 day ago, it's Easter for some people, you don't need it to be marked as received as soon as possible for next level since you still need a lot of it (at 4.17 currently) so...

Yesterday I gave away Just Cause 3 - Weaponized Vehicle Pack http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/tc54W/just-cause-3-weaponized-vehicle-pack Guy, who won it, was online at SG after it like 3-4 times, I leave message at his giveaway, I send him e-mail, I make friend's request on Steam (offline for 2 days so probably he didn't notice). All messages been ignored, he still didn't activate a key. I haven't just 0.01 point to get my ratio 0.5 to enter some sgtools giveaways. Why people do this?
