actually you should report scammers to the sg support. afaik only two people are authorized to deal with that kind of tickets but i don't see what's wrong with doing it..
also i think it would be nice to add links to guidelines, terms of service and announcements as well.

yup, Rinarin and cg. but looks like moderators, bobofatt and Lorkhan, have the permission to suspend scammers (clicky) so i assumed there are four people to deal with scammers. but -rep tickets are handled by Rinarin and cg (or just by Rinarin), that's for sure.

If you got here all by yourself you probably know already that create a giveaway is to give games (give-aways) and not to receive games.
Please do not create new threads on the Discussions section to offend, beg, ask for donations, scam reports, advertise, post referral links, show your happiness, show how unhappy you are or for no reason at all, YET please stay hidden until you understand how everything works and avoid any kind of suspension or ban (yes, it happens). The mods and admins are very open-minded if there is a giveaway in a thread but don't use it as excuse to break the rules!
Remember to check the SteamGifts Bible and never go against it.
Also on the Discussions section below the "New Discussion" button there is the search box, use it to search for answers, if you create a thread there will be a lot of sarcam and you most probably won't understand.
