there are no rules determining for what reason one may and may not blacklist other user. I simply don't want my GAs to go to users who take from the community without giving back to it - I prefer my games to go to people who give back instead. So it is my right to BL ppl who don't meet my criteria and who I do not want in my GAs. Simple as that.

Your 21 seems about right, your estimated was 19.21 so pretty usual score ;) I simply entered much more GAs (92% more than you) and quite a few of them were low entries GAs, so my estimated was 65,08, but with big number of low-entries GAs bigger differences are more probable ;)
