They have an IP check to protect you, since most of the games there are now region-locked.

Nuuvem has upped their efforts to block outside regions from buying. It is pretty much a crap shoot if you manage to buy something, even with a VPN (been hearing that they check your Paypal address, though I haven't bought from them in long time).

I recommend everyone to stop using Hola! and use Zenmate, Hola! had some problems with the google store because they sell the IP of the person that is using the app to hackers.
