My first guess was to try first letters from pictures ignoring last one. But didnt work out. I tried some alternatives with all of higher and lower letters.

You're on the right track, but somewhere you've made a mistake.
Lower- and uppercase is not a matter of guessing or fiddling here and the code can also contain numbers.
