My guess for the blue ball:

Valve should really have a zero tolerance against stolen assets. It feels like not a week passes by without reports of a new game having stolen assets, and if they just let the developers get away with it, it will just continue.
And I remember a time when someone stealing assets was a big deal...

Well they can't do anything unless its reported. I think there's another game with stolen artwork but its been up for a year? Might be mistaken but wouldn't surprise me with greenlight around.
Also all this unity garbage that's come out, unfortunately I don't think they can do anything about that either. They were supposed to get rid of greenlight, or at least were talking about it last year? If not longer. Steam is probably run by a single monkey.

Valve should have a policy of blacklisting developers when it's found that they've used stolen assets, as a deterrent. If it's known that the consequences of using stolen assets are harsh, the fewer people would try to get away with it. Most games that use stolen assets seem to be removed sooner or later, but quite a few developers seem to have been able to just release another game on steam after that.
As for asset flips, those are a bit harder to get rid of, as they're not actually doing anything illegal, but if people like TB or Jim Sterling are to be believed, Valve actually requires a game to work in order for it to be on steam (they do put up the games without checking though, and lets the community do the reporting), and things like not being able to exit the game properly counts as the game not working (and several asset flip games have had issues with that. Early access seem to be a way to dodge that requirement though.

The game has a rather interesting ending, which is the best (and probably the most original part) of the game.
And I don't understand how they were able to find a publisher for it. Apart from the stolen assets, which I can understand if the publisher failed to spot, the game is just not worth playing. The main character moves in slow-mo, the puzzles make no sense and the game is borderline offensive at some points. A game that bad leaves a bad mark on any publishers reputation. And yes, I do own the game (picked it up right before the recall order came and some stores were trying unload it as soon as possible).

There is another drawing "a face" on the homepage where the preview of the bundle is. People are guessing it's Moebius.
It does kinda look like it, if it is that would be awesome.
Edit: oh, you already added it to the list. :P :D

Hopefully Robot Roller-Derby Disco Dodgeball is in it, it's on my wishlist currently!

Groupees bundles have been disappointing, even Be Mines :(

I'd be surprised if Moebius were there. I hope I'm wrong.

Hints and speculations (before the bundle went live):
Could this Robot Roller-Derby Disco Dodgeball be the blue ball hint thingy?
Or this (Quell)?
I think it will be this one, it's the first suggestion that matches the lighting pattern Raining BlobsHot guesses for Moebius (see pictures at the bottom)!
It looks like premium content for Kingdom Wars was confirmed in the Groupees chat.Hm, this information seems to be wrong, Jonny scoffed about it. Which is weird, because his drawing looks exactly like the guy on the picture on the Steam store page. Hmmmmm, investigators found thickening clues it could be the second part...There's rumors Clandestinity of Elsie (though I don't see why) and Cosmochoria (the blue not-ball) could be in it.
For people who have questions they want to ask: cyanic posted a link to a reddit topic where he will answer the five highest rated yes or no questions regarding this bundle. There's also a nice table:
