So if it's not a Steam voucher and it's not a real voucher, what kind of voucher is it? Very puzzling, indeed.

Lies! I don't recognize the hint at all! No matter what I do with this voucher, I end up with too many characters to use anywhere that I'm familiar with.

Would you look at that? It turns out that I'm the liar because I didn't know that I knew what the hint referred to. Now I know what I knew all along!
I am playing with the xlate page but have yet to get anything meaningful but, then again, I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. A GA code?

Works with Firefox, but I couldn't access it with Chrome

Strange, Chrome is my primary browser, and I have not encountered any issues. Writing from mobile now, but I will check later. Happy riddling!
EDIT: checked with Chrome from my workplace, and it seems to work fine (although I admit my Chrome wants to restart, so it is not the most recent version)

Oh my, I converted once to base 32, but not the second time with base 64. So silly!

I don't understand, I tried this (and a lot of other things with base32 and base64) but when I encrypt ZHFL2YLV24 in base32 I get LJEEMTBSLFGFMMRU, and when I encrypt this in base64 I get TEpFRU1UQlNMRkdGTU1SVQ==

But when I try to decrypt ZHFL2YLV24 with base32 I get "error : can't decode it"

At last, I have one: ZHFL2-YLV24-FAKE32-NOPORN
Hint1: Some things are overrated -- Anonymous Puzzle
Hint2: Some things are overhyphened - is there such word?
Hint3: the puzzle can be solved without Hint1. Hint2 is more important, though partially self evident
Fun fact: in Hungarian, FAÉK means wooden wedge. Of course it means the same in lower case too.
No wooden wedges were harmed when creating this voucher. But what could 32 be? And what is that nonsense at the end? Porn is just everywhere...
xlate.
Solution (although appears below, it may be better to have it here)
The voucher explains itself in the second two parts: FAKE32 is a reference to Base32 encoding, and it is fake because Base32 encoding uses no hyphen. NOPORN is just no porn.
The explanation part is not to be decoded, so after removing the hyphen from ZHFL2-YLV24, ZHFL2YLV24 can be fed to the famous Base32 decoder on xlate, which is actually down at the moment, but works most of the time.
EDIT 14/07/2015: When xlate is down, a viable alternative is the "ONLINE TOOLS" section of tomeko.net
Decoding leads to various garbage in the boxes, Base64 will contain ycq9YXXX. This is where the NOPORN part comes into the picture: the XXX has to be removed. The remaining 5 letters lead to Pinball FX2: Walking Dead, LVL1.
Hint1 refers to the puzzle in http://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/zOZcP/puzzle-no-vouchers-there-are-some-hints-in-the-comments, one of the questions asks if Base64 is overrated, and expects 'yes' as answer.
Hint2 just tries to point out that the hyphen has to be removed in order to get a correct Base32-encoded sequence
Hint3 is what it says
Fun fact and spoon feeding are trying to point out that there are readable words in the voucher.
