I realize your statement might be "overpriced because the game doesn't interest me" but $40 base price for a AAA game is well priced compared to the status quo of the industry. And I rarely play AAA games nowadays and never pre-order without trying first. But I'm biased because I absolutely love OW and pre-purchased it after playing the beta.

I don't see how any of those AAA criticisms apply to OW. It seems that you dislike the entire AAA pricing scheme. I don't necessarily disagree with you: indie games still have better bang for their buck IMO and I hated how Activison increased the status quo pricing. But I still maintain that Blizzard has done well to price their game 33% cheaper than the going rate of other AAA titles.

i have 400 hours sunk in that and its still fun. man i wish it was on steam. imagine the tracer and dva backgrounds and emotes we could get.

Really fun game, well polished. New update made it so that you can NOT have more than 1 person on a hero in quick play, or casual play... Which was a stupid decision with the introduction of a new hero only one person can grab and it takes away a fun aspect of the game, getting 6 ransoms to all pick the same character.
