You enter the storage room and start to take a look, there are some long forgotten stuff here, an old pair of scissors, now rusty, a broken set of glasses, the brain of Winthorp and, oh look, your little Teddy Bear! Wearing a wonderbra? Better leave it there.
After a little scavenge you find a useful set of tools and repairing materials that you could use to fix various things outside or two dangerous gas that mixed together could neutralize into water.
