Deleted giveaways cannot get removed. We can only give additional slots if a user has run out.
If someone told you that they had their deleted giveaways removed from their profile, then, yes, they lied. If they just told you that you can get more slots, then, no, they didn't lie.

Closed an old user report for inappropriate behavior. Looking back, it might have seemed worse at the time than with a fresh set of eyes. (I'll just put him on my blacklist and move on.)

Yeah, generally if you have an "inappropriate behavior" ticket that has been passed over for a long time, it's because it's probably not really that big of a deal. And if it was worth suspending over, but it was 2 months ago, we might not take action on it anyway.

I only came back to the support team to handle the OLDEST tickets. I've gone through a few tickets where many have been resolved over time so to make things go a little faster, I ask you all, if you have a ticket in support open and it isn't a pressing matter anymore then please close it.
If you have an issue that hasn't been resolved yet then please DO NOT close it. I don't care how old the issue is, if you still need help and the ticket is over a month old then leave it be and we'll eventually get to you.
I appreciate any and all help
