Suggetion: Add to "Who Can Enter" list "Have in Wishlist" item

for me this is stupid... every week like 100e-mails cause of weekly deals...

I think he's rich. I see him buying games straight from the Steam store at full price while they're in a current bundle all the time. He just grinds out the cards and moves on.

Its a nice idea, but I think you're better off just having Support grant special rules for a private giveaway, if you want to do something like that. And maybe have a max wishlist of like 100, to weed out people who already have hundreds of games in their wishlist.
