On the entries page, why aren't open and closed GAs seperated?

Just go here and you should see what I mean. There's no clean separation between open and closed GAs entered as there was on the old site.

It also shows deleted GAs for some reason. Don't know why as it just clutters the list.

Open entries are on top, there's a grey line separating them from closed.

I see that. It's just a decision I found curious. Also, the gray separator is really, really subtle considering all the other thin gray lines.
