A batch of GA's of mine just ended and a few winners have (in some cases very old) not activated and or multiple wins.
Do i request a reroll in now or do a user report and send the key anyway?
In case of reroll, the most matching reason would be "Did not activate previous wins this month", but like i said most of them are pretty old, so do i choose this anyway or do i use the generic other? (Andsince we're at it, what to choose in case of only multiple wins ?)

I would add a GA, but I'm currently out of slots :)

If they have minor cases of not activated/multiple wins you cannot know if they already served a suspension for that. You can do an user report and/or attempt a reroll ticket immediately if you want, and support should be able to tell you whether it's valid or not.
It's up to you whether you'll send the key anyway. In case your reroll is denied you'd have to do it anyway, but if they weren't suspended before and get suspended on the spot, you can reroll using the suspension as a valid reason. I've never been fond of how that worked, so I'd just send the key and add an user report for next time. But it's up to you.

User reports don't really get reviewed though...

Thanks, I'll use the way proposed by PeteOzzy, submit a reroll request and let support have a look and decide whether there should be a reroll or not :)

OK thanks, will do that then. I wasn't sure about whether you are supposed to do a user report first and then the reroll request, or if it goes hand in hand and the monthly in reason also threw me off.
Will submit a few tickets then, since most of the winners this time got some kind of infractions it seems :)
