So yeah, my normal go to game when I can't think of anything specific is Rocket League but that requires porper focus so I need a an alternative for when I want to watch/listen to a podcast or something similar, a game that doesn't needs me to be constantly looking at it.
Feel free to recomend me anything but preferably something that I already own, here's my library (might take a bit to load). There's no issue if it needs to take the whole screen, I have 2 monitors. Also I'm fine with either controller or k+m.

Edit: Went AFK for a couple hours and came back to a lot of recomendations, I'm trying to go through all the replies and answer some but it's gonna take me a bit. The thread was a succes, thanks :)

For you troubles have a mini train and a thank you :)
F*cked up when linking the gibs and half of them where cut, I fixed it now. :P

First thing that comes to my mind is Cities Skylines. I actually sometimes play it while listening to radio/podcasts.

I've played some of those and I can tell you that they require quite a lot of concentration on what you're doing.

Idle games can be surprisingly fun. Games such as Clicker Heroes or Adventure Capitalist. They can easily eat up hours of time, even if you give them bare minimal attention.

Don't like clickers all that much ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've tried to take a look at your library but... My browser's died. So I'm just gonna say that Refunct is a game that is just a relaxing game, where you can't even die. Additionally it has a nice minimalistic design which is pleasant to look at. If you don't have it it is quite cheap even without a discount ($3) and also it is in one of Humble Bundles afaik. The only minus I can think of is it is very short - it took my about 30 minutes to finish it and I wasn't even rushing it.

I'm still deciding about upgrading or not my purchase of that bundle to BTA, so that might be an actual option.

So far everyone from my friend list who played it ejoyed it.

The other option that comes to mind is TIMEframe or Lumini but I didn't play them myself.

Tap Heroes. And Pixel Star maybe. Despite it is a fast-paced twin-stick shooter I actually use it to play without concentration on easy difficulty while listening to history lectures. The Binding of Isaac. Listened whole course during beating it.

I recommend Grim Dawn, it's dual-class-ish type of progression makes for a lot of replayability value (kind of like Titan Quest). On a side note, I personally found Victor Vran to be quite short, but very enjoyable.

Playing Hidden Object games has been my jam while listening to podcasts lately.
If not HoGs, I play other simple puzzle games (jigsaw puzzle etc) or platformers.

I don't really have any relaxing games to recommend for such purposes, but I personally use roguelites, because in most after you've already put some hours into it and you get used to the game, you really don't have to focus too much and your muscle memory should handle everything well.

Filter your games by turn base strategy or tactical turn base. Those are the obvious choices because being turn based, it essentially autopauses every move.

Other than that, various card/board games are a good choice. I use Magic 2014 Gold as my go to time waster, little thought, low attention game. It is like $5 on sale.

Game Dev Tycoon
Crusader Kings II - Play on a low speed or Pause the game to deal with what you need to, a lot of idle time will happen during the game. It is unavoidable.
Europa Universalis IV - What I said about CK2, applies here too.
Civilization Games - Yup!
XCOM Games

Why did I never think of that? You do indeed have a lot of time where you just don't do anything.
