Unable to give away GTR: Evolution?

I want to give away a key I got for a bundle for GTR: Evolution but it's not available in the drop down list when selecting the giveaway. I think the key includes the base game RACE 07 as well as the GTR: Evolution add-on.

Games from free promotions are excluded from the giveaway list for an unspecified amount of time.

Well I got it from a bundle, but even if I got it for free, this is a giveaway site, so I don't understand why I can't giveaway something that was free. Can't they make it not contribute to your CV? I think they are doing away with the CV, so does it really matter at this point?

It matters because we don't want a bunch of people spamming a free key until the site crashes (which has happened in the past), then *****ing that they didn't get anything.

You can always think of a number from 1-50 and have people guess it. Whoever gets it right gets the key. Will stop ninjas from grabbing everything too. You add the person on steam and then message them the key.

The only time a game is removed from the list is when there's a massive influx of games. Usually happens when thousands of people give away the same DLC and not enough people have the base game to try to win it.

Happened with the Smaug's Treasure DLC for awhile, probably a similar thing happened for this game.
